The 2-hour mindfulness and stress management workshop we had with Sabrina was absolutely magical. Her energy really helped me to reconnect with my body and practice the meditation and mindfulness practices in a genuine, caring way. After the workshop, I started having mindful walks and mindful breaks during work. I would highly recommend this training to everyone out there who are looking for ways to de-stress themselves due to the chaotic work environment or personal life. This dilemma gets so much easier to handle with when you know the right techniques to apply.
